Feberglass tubes is made of fiber and resin, used to display shell fireworks, size to 16 inch, can be used for hundreds of times. Here is brief process of production: 1, put the inner liner on the machine tubes; 2, fiber on inner liner and sametime pour resin on fibers which the machine is spinning to make it round; 3, another layer of fiber and resin to make the thinkness is enough; 4, cover finished wet tubes with plastic paper, to make it clean in dry process; 5, after it is dried, cut them into named sizes. Getting notice this morning, all Liuyang fireworks factories stop production till 15th this month, since China is holding  NPC &CPPCC, full name as National People's Congress 全国人民代表大会 ，Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference 中国人民政治协商会议 . During the meeting, there are many foreign reporters in China, in case of sudden accident happen, government stop production as usual. We apologise if any delay on the shipment, sincerely, there is nothing can be done to solve this problem!

Liuyang is the biggest fireworks industry city in China, 90% fireworks were made in towns of different direction, in 2017, there are some changes happening. Government are decreasing the factory number to low the risk of unstabilities in produtction, especially the small home working lines. officials ask the factories who do want to continue pay for the close of the factories who do not. Some small factory prefer to close compared paying to others, since it is a large amonut money for them! Fewer factories, longer delivery time! And when summer comes, government stop the factories production. for example, in 2016, July, August, and first half of September. It makes the company nervous when they can not finish orders as plan.
